Lantern Festival
I was biking down the street the other evening, and all the sudden I saw some REALLY COOL giant lit up statues. After talking a bunch of pictures and then talking to someone, I learned that they are really awesome lanterns for the lantern festival. According to some research, the lantern festival is celebrated on the 15th day of Chinese New Year. Here are some of my favorite lanterns I saw:
