A Virtual Tour of my Very Humble Abode

I thought it was about time I showed everyone what my apartment looks like. From the outside, it looks a little rough. Here is the alley I live in, and the front of my building:

I was definitely a little terrified when I first got here and was dropped off at this place. It was not what I was expecting. But it is very safe. There is a key to unlock the big metal door so no one but the tenants can get in the building. I live on the third floor, so I get quite a work out walking up and down the stairs many times a day. As soon as you walk into my apartment, the bathroom is on the right:

Past the bathroom, there is the kitchen/living room combo. And by kitchen, I mean a fridge, a sink, and a hot plate. The living room is simple, just some tables, a couch, and a tv that has about 6 English channels.

Lastly is my bedroom. It is huge. Just a bed, desk, and a closet. The mattress is so hard. The back wall is a huge pair of glass doors that open up to a tiny balcony, where I have a lovely view of the building across the alley.

Its a great, clean place and I am happy to live here. It is a really short walk away from one of the schools I work at, and it is super close to lots of stores and places to eat.
